Nicolle Stinson Posts a Caesar Chicken Recipe on Peas N Pastries.
This moist and tender chicken is as easy as smothering the chicken breasts in Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese. The Parmesan helps to thicken the sauce and it all bakes down to cheesy creamy perfection. No need to even season the chicken because the Caesar dressing already has enough seasoning to go around. Be sure to grab a creamy Caesar dressing for ultimate goodness.

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
1 cup Caesar salad dressing (click for homemade recipe)
½ cup sour cream (optional)
1-1½ cup Parmesan cheese grated

Nicolle Stinson gives the full recipe here: https://www.peasnpastries.com/2019/04/melt-in-your-mouth-caesar-chicken.html

Victorious Life Church holds services every Sunday at 10:30 AM.

Here is a blurb from one of the posts on the blog posted by Nicolle Stinson and authored by Pastor Donnie Semple:

As we look out our windows, after a long winter, we eagerly anticipate the robins returning, the trees blooming and the warmer days of Spring.

Our spirits have felt enslaved to the four corners of our homes with little hope of every being able to adventure outside without the trials & trouble of winter weather, cold blustering winds, and layers upon layers of clothing to keep us comfortable, while being miserable.

When I think of Spring I am always brought to the place in my Spirit that Rejoices in remembrance of Resurrection Sunday.  A time that amplifies the Eternal Hope that we have in Christ Jesus.  A time that reminds us that through great adversity brought forth the Greatest Victory to mankind.

A lot of people really don't understand the concept of online marketing and how great the opportunity truly is and what it can do for their future. Unfortunately there are times where a person will join an online company and then quit shortly after. Why? Well that seems to be the million dollar question for some. Why do people say they see the vision and then just quit an opportunity that is going to help them change their future over time, just to go back to a lifestyle of working at a job that they were trying to get away from in the first place? There are all sorts of reasons people quit, but below are 3 popular reasons why people quit......

1) NIcolle Stinson thinks one thing is: Early Expectation

I'm not quite sure why people think that when they join a network marketing company, that they will be rich overnight. It simply just does not work like that. For everyone who has ever started a new job, when you're hired on do you get a pay raise the same day, week,, month, or even the same year in some cases? Hell no!! That's just not realistic. As a sponsor, you want to make sure that you're setting up a realistic expectation, especially if you're dealing with someone who has never been apart of the network marketing world. Once you set the appropriate expectation, then you can work with your prospect or new team member one on one to make sure that they have set appropriate goals and help them become successful over time.

2) Nicolle Stinson thinks: No goals are set and there are no daily methods of operation

If you think you can start a business and not set any type of goals nor have a daily method of operation that you do CONSISTENTLY and be successful then you are crazy. If you don't do anything each day, then how will anything within your business ever happen? What you need to do is sit down and really put in some deep thought to your goals. Saying I want to make $4,000 each month is not a real goal. You need to dig deep. Write down how you will achieve making $4,000 each month. Write down the actual day to day steps that it will take to make that $4,000 each month. Write down at what point of your day, week, or month that you will take the steps to get to that $4,000 each month. Make sense?

3) Nicolle Stinson says: A person feels like they have a "bad" sponsor

If you are basing your level of success on what your sponsor does or does not do for you then you will not grow. A sponsor is suppose to answer any and all questions that you have before and after you join their team. A sponsor also is suppose to go over training/coaching with you, follow up with you, and always be readily available to you. (within reason). It's not a sponsors job to hold your hand through every single little aspect of your business. They will not run your business for you. They are simply there to assist and teach. At the end of the day it's up to YOU to get things done, but the sponsor is suppose to help along the way. Never join a opportunity and expect your sponsor to do the work for you. That's not how it works.

Many things are not equal, but we all get the same 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We, meaning me (Nicolle Stinson, and you the reader) make time for what we truly want. If you want anything bad enough it can be yours.  It starts with believing in yourself.

This week has been incredible for me, Nicole Stinson! I have learned so many amazing things from so many incredible different people from all over the world. It is amazing speaking to people who inspire me to further myself and to grow in my business.

As an entrepreneur you never truly stop learning. That is one of the most exciting things about it! When I learn something new, I can see all the doors of opportunity opening before me and it is one of the exciting feelings to experience.

You don't have to be famous, popular, rich, funny, etc. to become successful. You just need to be Positive, Consistent, and You can NEVER give up. Giving up is the one way that you fail. Some people are not willing to put in the energy but then cant understand why they are struggling to afford the things they need or live the lifestyle that they so badly want. If You want anything bad enough never give up, when you fall down get back up and learn from your mistakes. People who are successful make many mistakes but they learn from them and find out what works by doing things wrong and correcting themselves. The more mistakes you make, the more intelligent you get and the more you are educated on how to do things the correct way.

Check out my video on mindset in business.

"Quitters Never Win and Winners Never quit."
This will always be one of my favorite quotes.

****TIP OF THE DAY****
Value= money in Your Bank account!

The more you give to the world, the more the world will give back to you. Don't focus on "you" and what you want, start thinking about how you can help those around you achieve what they need and want and you will see many doors open. Learn and Spread your Knowledge. Much Love from Nicolle Stinson

Nicolle Stinson launches Cash N Color

I  was just introduced to the newest craze in business and I could not believe what it was: I was introduced to coloring – a friend invited me to a party and for entertainment she passed out adult coloring books and colored pencils for us to color. Nicolle Stinson Corporate Ladder is Breaking You

Corporate ladders are breaking and dumping people all
over the place and they have been breaking for decades.

It's time for a new movement...

We've, meaning myself (Nicolle Stinson and my team)  been exploding with more and more people from
all walks of life finally figuring out that when you can
make more $$$ in less time right from the comfort of
your own home (or Starbucks with your laptop).

It's completely silly to go trying to get a job and take
orders for a while, so they can treat you like crap and
dump you again.

That's insane!!!

You can create CEO level pay days and lifestyle right
here, right now.

So stop the insanity and stop struggling...
